Sunday Worship at 8:00am & 10:30am, Spiritual Growth Hour at 9:15am

September 25, 2016                                                    Pentecost 19

Welcome to all worshipers of Jesus! The Christian is in a constant fight, the fight of faith. This is a fight waged against spiritual complacency and a rejection of God's Word, both weapons of the devil used to increase his kingdom. But we are not alone in the fight. With us fights the Victor who allows us to take hold of eternal life.

O Master of the Loving Heart, #491

Prayer of the Day

Mercifully grant, O God, that your Holy Spirit may in all things direct and rule our hearts, for without your help we are unable to please you; through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen (sung)
