Sunday Worship at 8:00am & 10:30am, Spiritual Growth Hour at 9:15am
Welcome to all worshipers of Jesus! The Christian life is one of humility. While the world around us stresses self-promotion, the Christian knows his only boast is the Lord. Solomon and Christ emphasize the humbleness of being a child of God, and the writer to the Hebrews reminds us to look beyond ourselves in love and sympathy toward others.

Prayer of the Day
O Lord Jesus Christ, preserve the congregation of believers with your never-failing mercy. Help us avoid whatever is wicked and harmful, and guide us in the way that leads to our salvation; for you live and reign with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen (sung)
Self-exaltation has no place in the life of God's Child
Psalm of the Day
Psalm 119a, page 109 in the front part of the hymnal
The Christian properly channels his love by extending it to people and withholding it from money.
In Christ's kingdom, conventional thinking is turned upside down. He exhorts us to attain greatness through humility and to be most generous when there is no chance for repayment.
